Booking Policy
There are no cancellations or refunds allowed once you book your appointment, but you can reschedule if you contact me at least 1 week in advance to change your appointment day and time. If you do not contact me in advance or you are a ‘no show’, you will forfeit your reading and payment. If you are a ‘no show’ 2 times, I will no longer accept appointments from you.
When you book an appointment, it is up to you to make sure it’s in your calendar. I will never call or text you to remind you of your upcoming appointment. You will receive an email booking/invite from Zoom as well as a reminder of your upcoming appointment.
